My Approach
I serve as a guide, companion, mentor, witness, and midwife—supporting you in transforming your internal reality so you can give birth to a freer, more authentic version of yourself. As a highly sensitive and deeply intuitive empath, I often sense what lies beneath conscious awareness. I listen for the deeper currents at the root of your suffering to invite transformation at a core level. My style is relational and collaborative, grounded in warmth, humor, and wholehearted presence.

The foundation of my work rests on compassionate attunement, deep understanding, and the belief that your inner world holds its own wisdom. Together, we’ll explore what your psyche is trying to communicate, allowing your own clarity and strength to emerge. Working with me is a multifaceted and intuitive process—guided by your unique experience, and shaped by what arises in the moment. The answers you’re seeking already live within you. My role is to help you uncover them.

I offer a personalized and integrative approach, grounded in six primary modalities: Psychodynamic Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Transpersonal Therapy. These approaches allow me to meet each client where they are—whether working through early attachment wounds, processing trauma, navigating altered states of consciousness, or exploring spiritual growth. I also draw from a broad foundation of relational, experiential, and mindfulness-based frameworks to support holistic, depth-oriented healing.

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology from Sonoma State University, where my graduate studies were rooted in Depth Psychology. I’ve completed additional coursework in Counseling at Lewis & Clark College and Portland State University. I’ve received focused training and supervision in the treatment of trauma. I have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 Brainspotting training through Brainspotting Trainings, LLC and I am working towards certification. I have received EMDR training through the Personal Transformation Institute. I have received training in DNMS through the DNMS Institute. My training in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) was completed through the Ketamine Training Center, Polaris Insight Center, and Fluence.

In addition to my clinical background, I bring over 20 years of personal exploration into spiritual dimensions—working closely with spiritual teachers, contemplative practices, energy workers, and medicine people from a range of traditions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #C6369) with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.

My career in social services began in 2011 working with individuals experiencing homelessness. Before starting my private practice, I worked in residential, outpatient, and crisis settings within community mental health. I’ve supported clients through a wide range of life experiences, challenges, and identities. Being a therapist is more than a profession—it is a calling. I find deep meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in helping others reconnect with their capacity to heal, transform, and live from a more authentic place.
